Who controls the information
GS Events controls information submitted through this website. Use the Contact Us page for privacy questions or requests.
Information the website may collect
- Name, mobile number, email, and message.
- Event type, timing status, location, venue status, guest range, requested services, and notes.
- Blooms product interests and pickup or delivery preference.
- Page URL, source route, referrer, UTM parameters, click identifiers, timestamp, consent, and enquiry reference.
- Analytics and advertising interaction data where those services are enabled and consent is required.
Why the information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, route Event, Blooms, and Contact leads correctly, understand campaign attribution, prevent duplicate submissions, improve website journeys, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Where information is processed
Form submissions may pass through Google Apps Script into access-controlled Google Sheets. The website may also use Cloudflare Pages for hosting and configured analytics or advertising services.
Retention and access
Access is limited to authorised people who need the information to respond to enquiries, administer the website, or report on configured campaigns. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of contact consent, or another privacy concern through the Contact Us page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing required by law or an accepted contract.
Security and changes
No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. GS Events uses access controls and protected accounts appropriate to the services in use. Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page.
